This package contains just the chicken enchilada mix . You will need to provide the tortilla, cheese and enchilada sauce of your choosing separately.

For best results, remove the mix from the freezer in the morning to thaw. When ready you will simply take your tortilla (8-10 only) and spoon full of your mix and roll it up and then line them across the bottom of your 9x13” greased pan. Then you will take a small can of either green or red (which ever you prefer) and pour it across the top of the entire pan, then your will take a 8oz bag of cheese and spread it across the top, cover with tin-foil and place in a 350 degree oven for 30-45 minutes, then remove foil an cook for aditional 10 minutes. Then enjoy!
